We are very happy!
Bella is recovering after her operation and her appetite is certainly helping :-)
Bella was successfully operated on by Dr Charles Mvondo and his team in mid-April 2024. Fortunately, everything went without complications and Bella is reunited with her siblings and parents. Further treatment and check-ups can be carried out at the Cardiac Centre Shisong.
Bella's parents and the extended family would like to thank the mi-do donation community from the bottom of their hearts for their contribution!
Good news!
The Tertiary Sisters of St. Francis have resumed cardiac surgery at the General Hospital Yaoundé. It is expected that 10 to 12 children and young adults will be operated on in the next few days.
Bella is the youngest of five children in the family. She suffers from a congenital heart defect which fortunately can be surgically corrected. Bella will be operated on by Dr Charles Mvondo and his team at the General Hospital in Yaoundè.
We want to contribute part of the treatment costs through the mi-do donation community. Thank you for your much appreciated support!
