Everything went well!
We are pleased to inform you that Treasure was operated successfully in January 2020. Dr. Chares Mvondo and his team, with the support of Dr. Italo Milocco (Sweden) did a great job again. Everything went without complications. The check-ups showed that Treasure had recovered very well.
Treasure's parents wholeheartedly thank the mi-do donors for their generous support and the Cardiac Center team for their professional and loving care!
Fortunately, Treasure can be treated at the Cardiac Center Outreach. Treasure has a congenital heart defect that can only be corrected by surgery. Dr. Charles Mvondo, the only cardiac surgeon in Cameroon, will be able to correct the heart defect.
Treasure's parents have another child. They earn a living in their own agriculture. They will be able to cover approximetely 1/5 of the operation costs and for the rest, the mi-do donation community will take care of.
