Victory, 5 years
After Serge could not be operated on, the collected donations were forwarded to Victory. Victory had a ventricular septal defect that needed urgent surgery. Victory was successfully operated by a visiting medical team from Milan in June 2018. Strong and active, Victory was released after two weeks of hospitalization.
Victory's mother is widowed and had already spent all her savings on the examinations. She sincerely thanks all those who helped in one way or another to save the life of little Victory!
Serge did not grow like other children, although in the village they have tried the best with all sorts of traditional medicine. When Serge was sent to the Cardiac Center Shisong for examination, the cause of the growth disorder quickly became clear. Dr. Cabral Tantchou has diagnosed a large ventricular septal defect and urgently advised surgery.
William and Priscilla care for three children. The income as a teacher is very low - 46 euros a month. Thus, the parents can just feed the children but in no case pay a heart surgery. The parents will contribute their modest savings. For the rest, Br. Boniface asks the MI-DO donation community for their valued support.

Sad news! In the summer of 2018 we were informed by Br. Boniface that Serge died just before the surgery. R.I.P.
