Replacement
King just could not decide to come to the operation, even though everything had been prepared. He was given one year to decide, but then the funds were passed on to the next urgent case.
43-year-old Solange, a religious teacher and mother of 5 children, was operated on instead of King. Dr. Cabral Tanchou had diagnosed atrial septal defect and a pulmonary hypertension. Two interventions had to be made - a cardiac catheterization and an open heart surgery. On November 14, 2017, the guest physicians Dr. Giamberti A. and Dr. Lo Rita M. successfully corrected the heart defect. Solange recovered very well soon after the operation and was released on 25 November 2017 from the Cardiac Center.
Solange expresses her joy, happiness and gratitude to God for working through MI-DO and the Cardiac Centre Shisong to restore her health.
In August 2016, King survived a serious accident while another three died. Since the accident, King has been complaining of severe chest pain and was checked several times in the Regional Hospital. Finally he was sent to the Cardiac Centre Shisong for clarification. There, Dr. Cabral Tantchou noted a severe mitral valve stenosis. An operation is inevitable.
King's father, Stanislous, is a pensioner and has already spent most of his savings on the treatments in the Regional Hospital. Nevertheless, he wants to cover 1/8 of the costs for the operation.
