Banan is a tender and small boy, too small for his age. Banan started to  complaine more and more about palpitations, fatigue and weakness.  In the hospital of Garoua he was first treated for malaria  without any success and therefore the doctor decided to send Banan to the Cardiac Centre Shisong for further investigation. There Dr. Jean-Claude Ambassa diagnosed a severe mitral- and aortic valve regurgitation and recommanded a surgical intervention to correct the heart defect.

For the parents who are depending on subsistence agriculture and cater for seven children it is a big challange to raise the necessary amount for the operation. However, they will contribute their savings of € 305,00.
